Delivery charges

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically and you will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.  While every effort will be made to affect deliveries and maintain prices quoted Pantiles Papertole Limited has the sole right to vary prices and deliveries.  This includes asking you for additional payment if the contents of your basket are particularly heavy.

Please note that if you do not put the correct country of origin then we have the right to withhold sending the order until we notify the customer and the correct postage is received.

We usually send our parcels via Royal Mail FIRST CLASS and hope that you will receive your parcel within 48 hours of receipt of your order unless we have to contact you regarding a problem with your order or out of stock items.  HOWEVER if you chose to pay by cheque then we will wait until we receive your cheque payment and have cleared it with the appropriate bank before sending your order to you.  Please make your cheque (or crossed postal order) out to 'Pantiles Papertole Limited'.  PLEASE NOTE THERE IS AN INCREASE IN THE POSTAL PRICES SINCE 6TH APRIL 2010 IN LINE WITH THE ROYAL MAIL INCREASES FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF THE UK.

• For international parcels we use Royal Mail "Airmail".   Delivery times can vary but generally take about a week.

 International areas we will send to world-wide are , Australia, New Zealand, The Americas and Oceaniac Zones
